Volume-Booster effect unit produced by Czechoslovakian Tesla Vrable around 1982-1992. No adapter socket, works on 9V batteries only. We don't have a picture of the pedal, the picture here is of Tesla AYZ-026, which is a Wah-Booster that looked similar to AYZ-020.
