The model of the bass is (as usual) unidentified. The upmost important feature that the semiacoustic bass has a date on the tone capacitor : IV '69. This bass has a carved top & bottom: not low grade but artwork, at least for the body.

The capacitor date gives us a clue that all of those carved-top instruments (such as 12 string & violin semihollow bass) are from late 60's/early 70's.
